We will accept the return of main AED Machine that has manufacturing defects only. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email (info@radian-ksa.com )

All AED machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by rradian-ksa.com in UAE only.  or can be exchanged according to the defects.
