If you are not in Saudi Arabia or UAE We accept international orders but the customer is responsible for determining, managing and paying any and all taxes or VAT if its required by buyer's country (please contact us to determine the delivery fee for orders outside UAE.

radianq-ksa.com are not responsible for tax, customs or clearance in buyer's country

We will apply Warranties on all machines purchased from radian-ksa.com however we will charge the customer all shipping fees related to returning an item for repair and all shipping fees for sending machine(s) back to the customer.

Training & Education for customers outside UAE will be by educational Videos if needed
